
From the field to the table.
I grew up watching my mother carry buckets of grain from the village to the market — we always knew how much work it took to put food on a Ugandan table. Yellow Star is what that childhood lesson became.
We started Yellow Star because Uganda grows more than enough to feed itself well. The gap was never the harvest — it was the bridge between the harvest and the home. We mill that bridge, batch by batch, and stand behind every bag.
